Rainbow Plaid Trees

Today I am sharing a pretty Christmas card of rainbow plaid trees made using the Perfectly Plaid stamp set and the co-ordinating Pine Tree Punch.

To Recreate the Rainbow Plaid Trees card you will need:

Thick Whisper White – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Night of Navy – 5⅞” by ½” x 2
Whisper White – 5⅞” by 2½”
Scrap Whisper White

This is such a simple card to make and so easy for a beginner to make.

I stamped the plaid tree on scrap Whisper White in the following colours – Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Balmy Blue, Highland Heather and Pear Pizzazz ink. The trees were then punched out using the co-ordinating Pine Tree Punch.

The Flirty Flamingo, Balmy Blue and Pear Pizzazz trees were then added to the Whisper White panel using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The remaining Daffodil Delight and Highland Heather trees were added on Dimensionals inbetween the  glued down trees.

The strips of Night of Navy were glued to the back of the panel of trees using the Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive before being mounted on the Thick Whisper White card base using the same adhesive.

The sentiment from the Snowman Season stamp set was stamped in Balmy Blue ink. The card front was then decorated using a scattering of Noble Peacock Rhinestones.
