Love For You card – Crafty-Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we have a colour challenge to work with. I have used the Love For You stamp set which will be retiring at the end of April.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the Love For You card,  you will need:

Flirty Flamingo card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” – Rounded upper left corner
Garden Green card – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½” – Rounded upper left corner
Flirty Flaming card – 2¾” by 2¾”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – Rounded upper left corner – for the inside

I began by die cutting a circle from the square of Flirty Flamingo card using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I placed the die cut circle onto the 5¼” by 3½” piece of Basic White card, slightly overhanging the right edge. I drew around it with a pencil.

Trusty Tools card for the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we are sharing projects based on a colour challenge. The colours we were given screamed ‘MASCULINE’ to me so I used the new Trusty Tools stamp set which will be available in my online shop from the 4th of January 2024.

To recreate the trusty tools card, you will need:

Shaded Spruce card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Night of Navy card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 3” by 3”
Night of Navy card – 3” by 3”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside

I began by stamping the hammer, wrench and paint brush images from the Trusty Tools stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Back ink.

Relaxing Card fr the Ink & Inspirations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink & Inspirations Blog Hop where we are sharing projects inspired by a sketch/colour challenge. I have used the lovely In The Moment stamp set to make my relaxing card.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the relax card, you will need:

Lemon Lolly card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Night of Navy card – 3⅞” by 3⅜” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 3¾” by 3¼” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner
Scrap Basic White, Balmy Blue and Sweet Sorbet

I stamped the image from the In The Moment stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the 3¾” by 3¼” panel of Basic White card.
