Easter Bunny card

Here is a sweet Easter Bunny card inspired by a Youtube video by fellow demonstrator Jamie

Colours used in this project are :

To recreate the Easter bunny card, you will need:

So Saffron card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded lower left corner
Granny Apple Green – 5⅛” by 3⅜” – rounded lower left corner
Basic White – 4⅞” by 3⅛” – rounded lower left corner
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded lower left corner – for the inside
Flirty Flamingo – 4⅛” by ½” x 2

I used the smaller circle image from the Swirly Frames stamp set and So Saffron ink to randomly stamp around the edges of the So Saffron card base.

The 2 strips of Flirty Flamingo card were then added to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive

I stamped the smaller circle in Smoky Slate ink onto the smaller panel of Basic White card and added the ‘ears’ in the same ink using a leaf image for the Pretty Perennial stamp set.

Using the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine and the Hydrangea dies I die cut a selection of small flowers from scraps of So Saffron, Flirty Flamingo and Blushing Bride card. The leaves were die cut the same way using the Perennial Petals dies.

I arranged the flowers and leaves to form a headdress for the bunny, so cute.

The White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon was coloured using the dark So Saffron Blends Marker, tied in a bow and added on a Mini Glue Dot under the ‘bunnies chin’.

The sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set was stamped in Flirty Flamingo ink onto the stamped panel. The whole piece was added with the wet glue to the Granny Apple Green layer which was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.

The Basic Pearls were coloured with the So Saffron Blends Marker and added to the flower centre. So pretty. Thank you Jamie for the inspiration.
