Wonderful Presents

Here is a sweet Christmas card featuring a row of wonderful presents, made using the Most Wonderful Time product medley.

To recreate the Wonderful Presents card, you will need:

Thick Whisper White – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Real Red – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Most Wonderful Time dsp – 5¼” by 3½”
Old Olive – 4¼” by 2¼”
Whisper White – 4¼” by 2¼”
Whisper White ⅜” strip

I began by adhering the Most Wonderful Time dsp to the Real Red panel using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I set this panel to the side.

Taking the ‘ribbon image’ from the Most Wonderful Time stamp set I stamped them in Real Red ink onto the panel of Whisper White. After trial and error, I found it easier to stamp the ribbons first, followed by the parcels. The parcels were then stamped in Old Olive ink.

I die cut the stamped row of presents using my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and one of the Tasteful Labels dies. Using the same label die I cut the same shape from the piece of Old Olive card. This was cut through the middle and was glued to the stamped label using the liquid glue.

The ribbon holes at either end were punched using the Detailed Trio Punch and a piece of the All The Trimmings ribbon fed through. I added the stamped panel to the Real Red layer using Dimensionals and wrapped the ribbon around the back of the panel, tying it on the front into a bow.

The whole panel was then mounted onto the Thick Whisper White card base using the same liquid glue. The sentiment from the In The Pines stamp set was stamped in Old Olive ink onto the ⅜” strip and trimmed it out using Scissors. It was added to the card front using the liquid glue.

I added a Red Rhinestone to the bow of each present to complete the card.

I made the same card but changed it to a portrait version and using a different piece of dsp and an Old Olive card base.
